From those early days, H-TEX has evolved from residential renovations and new homes to include commercial projects, always maintaining a focus on quality and innovation. As the company grew and demand increased, Marc invited his wife, Katie, to join the team to support H-TEX’s expansion. Encouraged by Marc, Katie attended real estate school, enabling her to manage the buying and selling aspects in-house. Over time, Katie’s role expanded from sales into design, where she found her talent for bringing clients’ visions to life through customized spaces. Her eye for design has brought a unique personal touch to the company, making every build a true reflection of its future residents. Together, Marc’s expertise in construction and Katie’s talent for design create a seamless, client-centered experience.
